Acarda Messenger Upgrades

Upgrade Version 4.0.0 to 4.1.1

You must have Acarda Messenger version 4.0.2 installed on the main computer before running this upgrade. The main computer which has the Dialogic Cards in it and Acarda Messenger v4.0.2 installed on it we will refer to us the server computer. You can get full upgrade instructions from here. To upgrade to v4.1.1 please download and run the following setup disk:

Upgrade v4.0.2 from 3.9.x

Click here for the upgrade file. 437,674 bytes. When you upgrade, your Do Not Call numbers get transferred from the internal DNC table to an external database called DoNotCall.mdb. Please check that the upgrade worked correctly and that your Do Not Call numbers are as you would expect them to be. Also make your back up procedure include the new DoNotCall.mdb database.

To upgrade please unzip the downloaded file and place the 4 unzipped files into your main Acarda Messenger application folder. When you run the Acarda Messenger Setup.exe it will upgrade your database. Please back up your database first. After upgrading please note that the new program is called just Acarda Messenger so you will need to create new short cuts. Do not run the old version once you upgrade to the new version. If you have Client Call or Survey we will give you a free upgrade to the Advanced edition. If you have Sales Lead we will give you a free upgrade to the Standard edition. In the Advanced edition under Campaign Setup you can select one of three call templates. These are Sales Lead, Client Call, or Survey. The Standard edition only has the Sales Lead template.

Upgrade to Version 3.9.3.5.3 from Version 3.9.x

You must have Version 3.9.0 or higher installed before you can install this upgrade. This is an important upgrade. Please download and save the file then double click on it.

Upgrade to Version 3.7.2 from Version 3.7.0 or higher

It is recommended that you use at least version 3.9.3.5 and not version 3.7.2 as version 3.9.3.5 has significant improvements over earler versions including FTC DNC ability. Note version 3.9.3.5.3 has a small modification to allow it to work with our latest ForbiddenCalls DNC database.

You must have Version 3.7.0 or higher installed before you can install this upgrade. This is an important upgrade and must be applied if you have version 3.7.0. Please download and save the file then double click on it.
