The Acarda Messenger Auto dialer Sales Lead
template is great for
finding business leads, including mortgage leads, insurance leads, real
estate leads and mlm leads. This software application can generate
a list of random phone numbers and then telephone these numbers.
It will give the person who answers the phone a sales message and ask
them for their response. With the sales leads application people
can be transferred back to someone within your organization if they want
more information.
Acarda Messenger Auto Dialer has built in reports that can be exported to common spreadsheet or word processor applications, eg
Excel, Lotus etc. Acarda Messenger Auto Dialer can have up to 10
campaigns loaded at any one time, and

The Acarda Messenger Autodialer Client Call
template will import a list
of your clients so that you can call them to remind them of upcoming
events, appointments or debts. Client Call will automatically phone
through your list of clients and once the correct person is on the line
it can automatically speak a message with date, time and/or money
amounts. The person can respond to let you know they have heard
the message, or they can also be transferred back to a staff member e.g
to change an appointment or talk about a debt.

The Acarda Messenger Survey template can be
used for marketing research as well as election polling. It can
randomly generate a list of telephone numbers to call, or it can use a
list of telephone numbers that you import. It will automatically
phone these numbers, and can then confirm a suitable respondent is on
the line, before asking them up to nine questions you have prepared. The
person's telephone keypad responses (e.g '1' for yes, '2' for no) are recorded and reports can be generated and
exported to common
spreadsheet or wordprocessor applications, eg Excel, Lotus etc.
