Autodialer Software - New features

More Intuitive

The main Acarda Messenger Auto Dialer software has has a face lift and is now more intuitive and even easier to use.

The selection of campaigns and setup of dialing schedules is now in the same location.

Prompt Preview

A great new feature is that you can now preview you voice prompts by using the Prompt Test which lists all the prompts you have selected to be used in the campaign. 

This means you can check your prompts before you call anyone to ensure you present a professional message every time. It also helps you to remember to record all the prompts that you have selected to use.

Improved Reporting

Improved reporting display including ability to select date period for report data.

Text-To-Speech

In the Advanced Edition when using the Client Call template it is possible to speak a wav file of a persons name. If the wav file is missing Acarda Messenger will use the selected Text To Speech Engine to read and speak the name out to the person on the phone. 

Microsoft Windows comes with some basic Text To Speech Engines however you can purchase more advanced engines to use with Acarda Messenger. Please note we do not supply the Text To Speech Engines as they need to be licensed through a 3rd party.

Auto Start Up

Acarda Messenger now has an auto start up mode which will automatically launch the dialer engine on start up.

• Improved DoNotCall database capacity.
