TeamMax OutBound Call Center
TeamMax Call Center software allows agents to efficiently make outbound
calls for telemarketing, fundraising and market research. Centrally
TeamMax Manager and TeamMax Server software allows campaigns to be setup
and then coordinates the dial records sent to and from the TeamMax Agent
software.
Each agent is sent one dial record at a time to call.
