SOFTWARE UPDATES

Our software updates come in two levels, major releases and minor releases.  A major release occurs when significant new features are added to our software, they usually occur once a year but they are sometimes more frequent than that.  Minor releases are smaller updates that are less important.

When you purchase our software you will receive all major updates within 90 days of your purchase date for no additional cost.* After 90 days should you want major updates you will need to pay for the update unless you take up a Software Subscription Plan for the product. Minor updates are at no charge.*

Our TeamMax Call Center Software has a Software Subscription Plan so that you can always stay current with the latest version of our software.  For our other products such as CallAssist, KnowledgeMax, and Acarda Messenger we offer a special upgrade price for those wanting to upgrade from a previous major version. 

Software Subscription Plan & Software Updates

By taking up our Software Subscription Plan you have access to major updates free of charge.  If you decided not to take part of this program you must pay for major updates.  The cost of this can vary between products and between major updates depending on the significance of the update.  

It is recommended that you take part of the Software Subscription Plan so that you can always stay current with the latest version of our software.  To qualify for upgrades under the Software Subscription Plan you must purchase the Software Subscription Plan at least 90 days before the major update is released or you will need to pay upgrade fees. 

The Software Subscription Plan allows you to have all major updates for the software that occur within the 12 months of joining the plan at no extra cost.*  When you join the plan we will notify you when a major release occurs and give you details on how to download it.

Our rental plans include the Software Subscription Plan as part of the rental price. 

When you purchase our software you qualify for any major update that occurs within 90 days of your purchase at no extra cost.*

Minor releases for your current version are usually made available via our web site and are free for those using the current version of the software.*
